DESCRIPTION
For some players, the snappy response and serviceability of a bolt-on neck just can't be beaten. PRS released the CE 24 Bolt-On for those players who desire PRS looks and and sounds but don't want to give up their allegiance to traditional bolt-on guitars.
The CE 24 follows the classic PRS recipe: Mahogany body topped with beautifully figured Maple for a warm, woody sound but with added bite, 25" scale length, the smooth-action PRS Tremolo, and a pair of powerful yet versatile 85/15 humbuckers with coil-split function for classic single coil sounds.
Add a bolt-on Maple neck with Rosewood fretboard and you have that familiar sound, feel, and reliability of traditional bolt-on guitars; making the PRS CE 24 a viable workhorse guitar to take on the road.
