Before You Buy 

We do our best to keep product information clear and accurate on our website. That said, specifications and included accessories can sometimes vary by manufacturer. If you are unsure about anything, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s website or reaching out to our team before ordering. We are always happy to help you choose the right product. 

Returns & Exchanges 

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by raising a ticket here, provided: 

  • The product is unused and unopened 

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact 

  • You have the original proof of purchase 

All return requests are reviewed after inspection, and approval is at the discretion of Music Majlis. We may be unable to accept returns that are incomplete, damaged, or no longer in resaleable condition. 

Refunds 

Once a return is approved: 

  • Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at checkout 

  • We usually process refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving the item 

  • Banks may take 10–15 business days, and in some cases longer, to reflect the amount in your account

Open Box Returns 

In certain cases, we may accept open or unsealed products: 

  • A 15% restocking fee applies (delivery charges are not included) 

  • The product must be in excellent, resaleable condition with all original contents 

  • Approval is subject to inspection 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. 

Non-Refundable Services 

Once completed, delivery, installation, and service charges cannot be refunded. 

Faulty or Defective Products 

If your product develops a fault: 

  • We will first assess whether it can be repaired 

  • If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of the same model, subject to availability 

  • If the same model is unavailable, we will suggest an alternative and adjust any price difference accordingly 

All such cases are handled in line with UAE consumer protection laws. 

Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as they have not been dispatched 

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method 

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you quickly to offer the best possible solution.
