Return, Refund & Exchanges
Please read these terms prior to placing an order with us. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy and our terms and conditions of purchase.
All sales are final, no exchange or return will be offered for a change of heart, incorrect order or if the item is an unwanted gift.
Please be certain of the product you are ordering prior to placing your order, else consult our of our product specialists through email, website chat, whatsapp or call prior to placing your order. It is the mandate of any customer placing an order with us to ensure that they understand the features of the product they ordered and take complete responsibility for their purchase.
Any defective or faulty items will be accepted for diagnostics and review. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect, the item will be evaluated for a repair or replacement at the final discretion of MusicMajlis / Techniline Electronics LLC. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring or send the item to the MusicMajlis office (near Deira City Center, Dubai) for an inspection/review.
Unopened items may be considered for exchange within thirty days, provided that the item is unused, unopened and in the original packaging. This will be at the complete discretion of MusicMajlis and the decision taken by MusicMajlis will be final.
Product information on our website is indicative of product features and specifications. We do not mandate to have all product information or specifications mentioned on our website or product pages. It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct their own research on the product manufacturer's websites regarding specific features/specifications/included parts prior to making a purchase.
No cash refunds will be available for returned items, a returned item can either be replaced or exchanged.
Items must be returned with all tags attached, in their original shipping carton and packaging.
If the item is not repairable, a replacement of the same model will be offered
If a replacement of the same model is not available in case of a return due to a un-repairable fault, an alternative model will be made available. This item will be billed at it’s list price and the difference from the invoiced item will need to be paid by the customer or will be compensated with a credit note.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the original proof of purchase is not produced with the item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our regulations or are no longer salable for other reasons.
We reserve the right to declare a unit as an open box condition upon inspection at our discretion, regardless of the claim of the customer (you). This decision will be final.
All of the above-mentioned points are in accordance with the UAE Laws.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at anytime without notice.
Any refund, if accepted by MusicMajlis at our sole discretion on special cases, will be done only through the original mode of payment or as a credit note against future purchases.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are strictly non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.
In case of a warranty return, if the problem is covered by warranty then two way delivery charges will be borne by Music Majlis for any other issues the two way delivery as well as repair charges would be borne by the customer.
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
In case of a product from a confirmed order is found to be unavailable or in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to cancel the placed order and refund the full amount of the transaction through the original mode of payment.
We aim to ensure all products are available, however we do not guarantee the availability of any product listed on our website - regardless of whether it is mentioned as available/in stock. We suggest speaking to our customer service team prior to placing an order to ensure availability.
