Warranty & Service
All products sold on our website come with the manufacturers own warranty. If not present, we provide a one year limited warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover any wear and tear or damage due to misuse. All speaker coils are covered only for 6 months - as they have a high likelihood of damage due to misuse.
To claim warranty or service, please email us on email@example.com with your order number and details of the issue. We require a proof of purchase to initiate a Service request. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the proof of purchase at the time of placing the Service request.
To exercise your rights under this Warranty as a purchaser, you must ship/drop your product in appropriate packaging at your expense (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase, to MusicMajlis c/o Techniline Electronics LLC, or to such other address as may be instructed by MusicMajlis. Products covered under warranty (manufacturing defects) will be shipped back to the customer at no charge, this is at the sole discretion of MusicMajlis. Return delivery charges will apply for out of warranty products.
Damaged/malfunctioning units will he sent to authorized service centers for diagnosis and to determine warranty coverage of the fault. We do not accept units that have been tampered with. The decision of the service center will be final in determining the issue and warranty coverage.
We reserve the right to refuse a unit for servicing or diagnosis without proof or purchase or if we believe it has been tampered with.
