At 132cm tall the Irmler SP132 is the tallest model in the Irmler range, offering superb string length and a huge soundboard area, consequently producing a tone resonant enough to rival that of a baby grand piano. A worthwhile upgrade from the popular 'Europe' series, the SP Line features upgraded hammers, the same specially selected Abel hammers as in Bluthner instruments along with an improved action manufactured by Detoa. The touch is firm yet well balanced and perfectly suited to the expressive tone of the SP132. With its warm and mellow tone, the Irmler SP132 makes for an interesting alternative to the industry standard Yamaha U3S.
