The Audio Technica AT-LPW30TK uses a belt-drive system for ultimate speed stability, with two speeds, 33 and 45rpm, allowing you to play various vinyl formats. The straight aluminum tonearm is fitted with an AT-VM95C Dual Moving Magnet cartridge, a versatile high-performance cartridge developed from Audio Technica's 50 years' experience in cartridge manufacture. The cartridge comes with a 0.6mm conical stylus, and is compatible with any VM65 Series replacement stylus, for a wide choice of options.
Audio Technica Switchable Phono Stage
With an in-built phono stage, the AT-LP30WTK turntable is ready to plug into any line-level input on your amplifier, without needing an additional phono stage in between. This makes the turntable ideal for use with systems without an MM phono input, as you can connect and get listening straightaway. For those who prefer to use an existing dedicated phono stage, the AT-LPW30TK can be switched off to be used with a separate phono stage. An anti-resonance MDF plinth with a teak veneer eliminates low-frequency acoustical feedback for a cleaner performance from the turntable. A detachable dual RCA cable is provided to connect the AT-LPW30TK to your amplifier.
