A simple 3-function control scheme (level, next IR, previous IR) is just the ticket for the guitarist who wants a plug-and-play solution for their IR needs. TC Electronic has loaded this pedal with 25 built-in IRs and 74 empty slots available for your own custom IRs. A global compensation EQ allows easy integration with a variety of setups, boasting a fantastic low-shelf/high-frequency filter. Plus, an A/B footswitch controls allow you to instantly switch between two IRs in real time — a feature that MusicMajlis guitarists find makes the Impulse IR Loader endlessly useful for varying your sounds in both live and studio settings.

25 built-in IRs
The Impulse IR Loader comes with 74 empty slots for loading your own IRs. That said, you can rest assured that this pedal comes ready to play with 25 IRs right out of the box! TC Electronic included 20 built-in cab models, 12 of which are official Celestion speaker cab IRs. The other eight are Pedal Platform IRs that convert your pedalboard into a DI-ready setup.
