At the heart of the package is the Mapex VE5044FTCVM Venus Fusion 5-Piece Drum Set, designed as a complete solution for developing and performing drummers. The Venus series features 9-ply, 7.2 mm poplar shells, SONIClear bearing edges and Remo UC drumheads, providing a versatile foundation suitable for a wide range of musical styles.
The Fusion configuration uses a compact and versatile setup featuring a 20" bass drum, 10" and 12" rack toms, 14" floor tom and 14" snare drum. The package also includes the essential hardware, cymbals and drummer's throne, allowing the kit to be set up and played as a complete system.
To make the kit ready for studio recording and live sound reinforcement, the bundle adds the Behringer BC1200 Professional 7-Piece Drum Microphone Set. The BC1200 includes a dedicated large-diaphragm dynamic microphone for the kick drum, four dynamic microphones for tom and snare applications, and a matched pair of condenser microphones for overhead and cymbal capture.
The BC1200 also includes the required mounting accessories and an aluminium carrying case, making the microphone system convenient for both permanent studio installations and mobile live applications.
