The stand features special "frictioning" rubber to hold the desk at the desired angle. It's equipped with a clutchless grip for easy height adjustment and an inner locking mechanism to secure desk height. Simply push the upper shaft until a yellow switch appears at the base of the shaft. Then twist clockwise one click at a time to loosen, and counter-clockwise to tighten. Fully-featured, the height range is an ample 27.1-48.8" with a load capacity of 6.6 lb, base radius of 13", folded size of only 26.5 x 3.3 x 4.3", and a desk size of 21.0 x 11.5".
