To clarify, the item was opened and reported approximately two months after delivery, which is well beyond our 7-day inspection and return window. This policy is clearly stated at the time of purchase and exists to ensure fair handling for all customers and suppliers.

That said, despite the claim being raised outside the eligible period and without the ability for us to verify the condition at delivery, we still offered a discounted replacement stand as a goodwill gesture, at our own cost, in an effort to reach a fair and practical resolution.

We always aim to support our customers and make each experience a positive one. However, we must also operate within clearly defined policies, especially in cases where delays in inspection make it difficult to assess manufacturing responsibility accurately.
