How checkout works
Select "Pay later with Tabby" as your payment method at checkout. Enter a few quick details and you'll get an instant decision — approval typically takes seconds.
For orders under AED 3,000, you'll pay 25% upfront and the remaining balance is split into easy instalments across 3 months, with no hidden fees. For orders above AED 3,000, Tabby isn't available — please contact your bank to arrange instalment payment instead.
Your remaining instalments are automatically charged to the same card you used at checkout, spread evenly across the following months. You'll get an email and SMS reminder ahead of each payment.
If it's your first time using Tabby, you'll verify a few details at checkout. Returning Tabby customers can check out even faster using their existing account.
Troubleshooting
Tabby's approval decision is based on your eligibility at checkout and isn't something we control directly. If you're declined, you can pay by card instead, or contact Tabby directly for more information about your application.
Tabby will automatically retry a failed payment and will notify you by email and SMS. To avoid late fees, update your card details directly in the Tabby app or via the payment link Tabby sends you.
Contact us to process your return as normal. Once approved, any instalments already paid are refunded by Tabby, and any remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.
