Clearance Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. Sold As-Is

All clearance products are sold in their current physical and functional condition at the time of sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect the item carefully before purchase. Minor cosmetic defects, damaged packaging, open-box condition, or missing non-essential accessories may apply depending on the item category.

2. No Return / No Exchange / No Warranty

All clearance sales are final. Clearance products are strictly not eligible for:

  • Return
  • Exchange
  • Refund
  • Warranty claims
  • Service replacement

By purchasing the product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

3. No Free Delivery

Free delivery services do not apply to clearance items unless specifically confirmed in writing by the seller. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be charged separately based on the order location and shipment requirements.

4. Prices & VAT

All listed prices are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT invoices will be issued in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Regulations.

5. Invoice Terms

Clearance items will be marked accordingly on the invoice. The following note will apply only to the relevant clearance item(s):

"Clearance: Sold as-is, final sale. No return / no exchange / no warranty."

Regular non-clearance items on the same invoice are not affected by these terms.

6. Customer Signature Requirement

For selected clearance products, customer acknowledgment and signature may be required before goods are released. The signature confirms that the customer has inspected and accepted the item condition and agreed to all applicable clearance terms and conditions.

7. Stock Availability

All clearance items are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Products may be sold out without prior notice. Adding items to quotation, cart, or inquiry does not guarantee reservation unless payment is completed.

8. Pricing Errors & Corrections

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, the seller reserves the right to cancel or revise any order resulting from:

  • Pricing mistakes
  • System errors
  • Incorrect product information
  • Technical issues

Customers will be informed before order processing if any correction is required.
