  1. Offer Validity
    The “Eid Value Deals” promotion is valid until March 31st. Orders must be placed within this period to qualify.
  2. No Returns or Exchanges
    All products purchased under this promotion are final sale.
    Returns or exchanges are not allowed for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.
  3. Defective Products
    In case of a product defect:
    • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • Each case will be reviewed individually
    • Approval for replacement or resolution will be at the company’s discretion after inspection
  4. Order Collection
    Products purchased under this promotion must be collected from our showroom at the following location:
    Unit 9, Ground Floor, Al Shoala Building, Block E, Near Deira City Center, Dubai
  5. Payment Terms
    Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders under this promotion.
    All purchases must be completed using approved prepaid payment methods.

    • Products are available while stocks last
