Description

LP's Fiberskyn conga heads - made by Remo and branded with the LP logo - fit conga drums with LP's EZ-Curve rims. This synthetic head has the tone and response of real hide yet is manufactured to an exact shape and thickness. This gives LP Fiberskyn conga heads a consistent tone you can count on from show to show. Fiberskyn conga heads are also weather resistant to resist warping in less-than-ideal environments. 

Synthetic conga heads typically have a slightly brighter tone than rawhide or natural skinheads, and they are typically slightly thinner. They are less authentic, but they face none of the issues with detuning and weather that hide heads do, and they require much less maintenance.
