Good value

It isn't a high end digital piano. The keys are clicky and the key feedback could be better. They're also slightly flimsy. But it's the cheapest digital piano with 88 weighted keys you can get and does the job for learning how to play.

Piano keyboard noise

As I was testing the piano I heard a thumping sound. That time when I picked up the piano at your store I ask the filipina lady if I can open the unit she said no, because the branch is only for pick up...

Do something about it... and my piano is under warranty..

However as we have explained it to you over chat, there is nothing wrong with this Piano, due to the hammer action keys it will give you a sound (which is the case with most of the pianos. This is normal.)

I understand the piano is under warranty, but it can only be claimed if there is a defect with the Piano, which there isn't.

If you are still not satisfied with the answers, you can bring or send the piano to our location and one of our technicians can help you out with your query.
